Poser is a three-dimensional modeling and animation program specifically targeted at rending human bodies or faces. The program is unlike many other modelers because it is streamlined to work with the organic and sometimes amorphous shapes of the human body instead of just basic geometric shapes. The tools used in Poser allow people to sculpt the models just like clay in some instances. The application also allows for key frame animation. It has a built-in renderer so that scenes or videos can be output as media files once completed. Poser comes with a large library of various textures, bodies and props that can be added to any scene.
